BadCat's 6-Month Limited Warranty

At BadCat Pickleball, we stand behind the quality, performance, and durability of our paddles. Our 6-month limited warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, for paddles purchased through authorized retailers. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, modifications, or accidental damage. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will provide a free replacement paddle. BadCat Pickleball is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including lost playing time.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim within 6 months of purchase, email us at warranty@badcatpickleball.com. Please include a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the paddle that clearly show the defect, and proof of purchase from an authorized BadCat Pickleball retailer. If necessary, we may request that the paddle be sent in for further inspection. We will review your claim and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
