BadCat's 30 Day Return Policy

Changed your mind? No problem! You’ve got 30 days to return your paddle, as long as it’s in its original, unused condition. Think of it as a trial run—if your paddle’s claws haven’t touched the court, we’ll gladly take it back.

1. Returns for Orders Made on Our Shopify Site

• Return Window: Paddles must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Paddles showing signs of use (scratches, scuffs, ball marks) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Return Shipping: As a small business, we’re committed to making returns simple, but we kindly ask that customers cover return shipping costs unless the paddle has a manufacturing defect. 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for Shopify orders, email us at returns@badcatpickleball.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

3. Returns for Purchases Using the Buy with Prime Button

For Buy with Prime orders, follow Amazon’s return policy and initiate returns directly through your Amazon account.
